Great experience! Loved the food🍕🍕

We recently dined at the Santa Rosa location and had the best experience with Kiki and her crew. hands down the best pizza and customer service I have got in years Kiki is an absolute bright shining light she makes everyone feel like family or friend walking in and makes sure you're not only happy with the experience itself but the food. the crew in the back cooking/baking also clearly prepare the food with the utmost respect, care and love you literally taste it. Pizza by the Sea made the BEST pizza my husband and I ever have tried and are terribly sad as we are visiting from Georgia and will miss it and them all immensely this day and age you do not find this level of quality in not only the food, value but the care you receive. I observed Kiki and her coworker comfort a little girl and offer above and beyond service for the whole family and guess what they weren't the only ones! another family was cared for in the same above and beyond wonderful way as my husband and I also received. that's rare. she and her employees show pride in the community you can see it every step you take in the restaurant be it local events , the decor, their attitudes show that this is all an operation of love. thank you Kiki and crew and we'll miss you guys and hope to visit again in the future I had I wish I'd been able to get all of my pics of our visit but I urge anyone who wants an excellent pizza, excellent value, excellent service from genuine hearts working there please visit them. take your loved ones to pizza by the sea in Santa Rosa Fl (I had even more wonderful pics but I wasnt able to add all but what a great night, best memories in a long while thank you again guys!)

Server was hustling! Very friendly and hard worker. They were slammed tonight and having a hard time keeping up with orders. We didn't mind the wait at all as our kids were happy reading a new book while we waited. The server was on top of it and super. We always love visiting here on vacay!

We’ve patronized this location for years. Every time, it’s a cluster. Just waited an hour and the pizzas haven’t even been made yet. Was told it would be another 45 minutes. If it’s gonna be two hours, fine. Just disclose that on the front end and don’t advertise a 15 minute wait.

I almost didn’t come here because the reviews seemed mixed, some good and some bad. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. The pizza is soooooo good! 10/10 I got 1/2 cheese and 1/2 meat and it was EPIC! The employees were really nice too. Tell Daryl (the manager) you read Dan’s review and that’s what brought you in (I told him he needs to try to get more 5 star reviews) I’m from Kentucky and was visiting Seaside for fall break. I’ll be back at least one more time this week before I go home.

We had Pizza by the Sea WATERCOLOR TOWNCENTER cater our Welcome party event for our sons wedding weekend on 9/20/2024 on the beach. Oh my goodness - first of all Darrell from Pizza by the Sea was a gem to work with. He was very helpful with deciding how many pizza's and salads to order for our 140 plus party and the amount was perfect, He was very reliable and efficient, always getting back to me and answering my questions in a very timely manner. He was patient with me and very friendly. He took it upon himself to be the one delivering for our event, which was a comfort to me. He was on time and the pizza's were delicious and hot. Everything worked out perfectly that evening thanks to Darrell and his reomendations. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the pizzas tasted. I highly recommend Darrell and Pizza by the Sea for any of your catering or wedding needs. He was the best to work with and so was Kiki who also helped me out at Pizza by the Sea. Thank you and can't wait to come back to Seaside and have some delicious Pizza by the Sea Pizza. Liz Hovelsrud

first of all, the staff were so friendly and kind!!! they checked on us after we got our food and kept the place clean. the food came out hot, fresh, and relatively fast! it was honestly some of the best pizza I've had in my life. the restaurant was so cute and cozy. as a first time customer, I would SO come back.

Always a staple when we come to the beach. As always, the pizzas never disappoint! Kickin chicken was amazing!
If you like ricotta, the great white pizza is for you!

Tourist trap!!! Evidently this restaurant is taking advantage of tourists with two extra “fees” : Merchant fee 3.00% and To go fee 10%. Beware if you get gluten and dairy free! You will pay $5 for Vio Life cheese for a 10” pizza. I got a 10” gluten free and dairy free pizza (ordered with fresh basil but wasn’t on it) and a 12 pizza for $65.40. The pizzas were edible but nothing above fair. Shameful!

If I could I would give this place no stars at all. I have never seen such disrespect at a restaurant before. I have a severe peanut allergy. When I asked the lady if they served peanuts, she got all rude with me and barely gave me the time of day. I've been coming here since I was a small child and I have never had this problem. The incompetence displayed here is blatant and offensive. I will never eat here again and I recommend the same for anyone else, especially if you have an allergy or any dietary restrictions.
