This by far was the worse experience I’ve had in santa rosa ! $60 two small plates one cost $22 with only five little stale shrimp , bland breading on calamari , no Flavor food did not smell good , just insane that they are out here taking peoples money in exchange for this nasty bland food and ridiculously small cheap portions I got a plate full of veggies hardly any meat which you would think would have meat since the price is thru the roof , I called them to talk about this...read full review
New employees provided a very poor service to loyal customers, do not care about the loyal customer request, ignored customer request, arrogant waitress and food portion is smaller and smaller.
We Love old management and employees. Thai girls, guys and chef are amazing, very helpful, kind heated, very caring and took care of the loyal customers and all the customers dined in and placed to go order.
We are not coming back on Thai Elephant again nor recommend this place to...read full review

Thai Elephant Authentic Thai Cuisine is a restaurant known for its quick service and delicious food. Even when busy, the food is served in a timely manner. The restaurant offers wheelchair accessibility and ample parking. They are accommodating to dietary restrictions, such as nut allergies. The Chicken Pad Thai and Crab Rangoons are standout dishes. The food is fantastic, and the menu makes it easy to order. The service was great. The red curry is one of the best curries. The fresh roll appetizer with peanut dipping sauce was also amazing. The drive was totally worth it. They are a family friendly restaurant. This is not an elegant dining experience, but where this place lacks in atmosphere, they more than make up with the quality of food. The food is very good and prices are fair. Food portions were large. The fried rice and Pad Thai were highlights—flavorful, well-prepared, and truly satisfying. The service was exceptional, with staff being attentive and friendly. The basil fried rice with beef and shrimp fried rice were also amazingly good. The servings were enough for seconds, and they loaded up with meat. The price was cheaper than other Thai restaurants nearby. The Tom Yum was disappointingly salty.
