the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant - let alone luxury pool club. For one food item, it took over an hour. Also not one employee could’ve cared less that everyone was upset for the wait time. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
Maybe mentioning that it's private would be nice and save us from frustration. What a strange way to do buisness during low season...

Awful service waited for 45 minutes after ordering and they were not busy at all! Our initial server left and never came back!!! Beautiful view and live music was only thing we enjoyed!

It’s a hot mess on a busy day. Took almost an hour to get the food and when it arrived the kitchen missed two meals and forgot the chicken on the nachos. Waitress did correct the issue as quickly as she could.
Beyond disappointing. Friends and family gathered in Watercolor for a wedding and the WaterColor Grill's staff (specifically Nicole) made a point to make our experience at the restaurant less than hospitable. After being told for days, "tables can't be held", Nicole placed a carry out bag with half drank sodas on an open table by the bar to hold for guests who didn't come back for hours while our group spent money and ordered drinks and food from the bar with nowhere to sit. Later, during a rainstorm we had music playing for our group (no other guests present due to weather conditions) and while making the best of an unfortunate weather situation for our friends getting married on proPerry we were instructed to turn it off. The regulations at the pool and restaurant are inconsistent and give staff, like a Nicole, the ability to bulldoze paying customers without reason. The other bar staff were great!
Came the other night and wanted to eat inside. No one acknowledged us once we sat down. No menus, no water. We got up and left.
Jamaican guy needs a raise.
Great views! Food was typical poolside resort food with high prices. Service was good considering how busy they were on the patio.
