Always happy with my meal at Arby's. Love their Trukey ,ranch,sandwiches. Also the Arby's classic. Love the chicken sandwiches as well.

I mobile ordered food like I normally do and asked for it through the drive thru, the manager- Pete- proceeds to tell me that they don’t have the order and he’s sorry so I pull to the window to show him the order in the app and he states that that doesn’t mean anything to him and that they don’t have it and that the order they did have was fish. Basically told me he couldn’t do anything to fix the situation. Not a good manager. I will be ordering food elsewhere and I will disputing the charge with my bank. Unacceptable.
Update they gave it away and then denied ever receiving the order. I don’t appreciate the lack of customer service or honesty.

I stopped for a fish sandwich because I was driving by and an Arby’s commercial the other day made me want to get a fast food fish against better judgement.
I did try calling the restaurant a moment ago to talk to them. It rang about 20 times so I hung up. I was going to just make them aware and pay more attention and not even make a review but they wouldn’t answer the phone.
The sandwich was cold. Not even a bit warm and there was a hair on it.

Y’all need a kitchen meeting I think.

I generally like Arby's, but this cost was not so good. The brisket sandwich was very dry and lacked flavor. The server treated me as if she was doing me a favor waiting on me and was not at all friendly. Not a do-over...

Been through here a few times in the last few months and it seems they always mess up my order. Went through for the last time last Friday. Ordered two sandwiches and two sliders for my family’s dinner. They forgot one large sandwich then when I went back through they wouldn’t give me another sandwich or refund and said I ate it… yes I ate 1/2 a pound of meat in 45 seconds to drive back around the building. I’ll be disputing it with my bank because it was almost 40$! I also had gone just for milkshakes in the past and my last one wasn’t even frozen it was milky and soupy! Why serve food if it’s not correct? The one sandwich I did get last week was the sloppiest most thrown together thing I’ve ever seen! It looked like someone threw a bunch of food in paper and kicked it down the stairs. I’m not going back.

I got my food through the drive through specifically said no. Red ranch sauce on my double beef and cheddar and there was extra red ranch sauce put on there, and it was extremely sloppy to the point where I had to cut it up with a fork and knife and eat it. I understand arby sandwiches. Aren't the cleanest to eat? But this was bad. I've never had an experience like this before. And I really hope not to have one in the future. Because I really do like arby's sandwiches.Although they are fast food, they're definitely tasty fast food.

Zero stars if it was an option. Wrong order provided and instead of owning it and providing customer service, they laughed, were extremely rude, denied remaking proper order and lost a customer for life. Brutal experience. Terrible service. Slop food.
