worst service ever. instead of trying to help figure out a solution Phil decided to close our account because we stopped buying coffee from them for the machine. who has $700 a month to spend when you can get it cheaper everywhere else. go find a different distributor.
I wish more people would write reviews when they get awesome service.
We were brought to Aroma through our local Chamber of Commerce when we were having some issues with our previous company. Their team came out to sell us on the machine, but also sold us on their service.
The Sales, Delivery, and Service are top notch here!
