Mediocre service. I ordered wine that the server never brought. By the time she came back to the table our food was already there. My husband asked for dressing on the side and didnt get that. Drink refills were slow. When we went to cash out and get our receipt our server was out hanging on the patio instead of getting our receipt. Mediocre service can be forgiven when a restaurant is busy but we were 1 of 3 tables with 3 servers. We will likely be going elsewhere.

I wanted a chicken parm sub with vodka sauce and I didn’t want the chicken cut up. I have no problem paying for what I want. I was told they couldn’t do that. I’m limited to what I can eat, I go to Asaros for the chicken parm. The waitress Brianna ignored me the rest of the dinner. I paid for the meal ( I only ate some of the appetizer) then gave the receipt to my sister. I found that very rude. Considering I’m the one that paid for the meal. I’ll never eat at that establishment again. I’ll go to Michael Angelo’s.

This place happens to be next to the UPS store that I have to frequently visit to send out packages. They offer the best white pizza slices in Sarasota hands down. Full menu, great staff, awesome atmosphere, and if you want to spoil yourself look at their desserts.

Justin and our server Rhianna took excellent care of us last Friday night, a very busy time for the restaurant. We celebrated my mom’s birthday with family that flew into town from Chicago. The food and wine were exceptional. The staff took care of our every need. I just can’t thank you all enough. What a pleasure to have this gem in my neighborhood. Thanks again to everyone who worked so hard that night. Grazie!!!🙏

Sunday, February 22, a group of 18 from my church came for lunch. I reserved the space for 14 but at the last minute 4 more came. They all came because I bragged about the food and how nice the staff is! Well, our waitress, I think her name was Alexandria, was not only rude but she was hateful to all of us and seemed mad that she had to take care of us. It ruined our time there and the food wasn’t as I normally get there. I am afraid you have lost 18 customers because of her attitude.
