Went last weekend and picked up Cinnabon when they first opened. Staff was nice and the rolls were excellent.

I would rate it Zero. I asked pretzels are not fresh, they are hard & chewy and they told me we are closing in 20 mins. What an answer!!

They can’t make new food just because they can go home early.

Terrible service. Looks like the pretzel were sitting in the warmer for a long time.

These employees are not accountable for any kind of customer service and on top they are so desperate to get paid tips.

Unbelievable!! Who’s responsible? I guess no one.

If I can give this zero stars i would. As it was 5:55 pm there was one person ringing and checking out. While there was two others girls in the back just looking. instead of helping the guy they just peeked. They were coming out just making faces because the line was too long. Being the only 2 white people on line ...Instead of saying just after you don't let anyone come. They singled us out and told us to leave. If that isn't racist I dont know what is.

Okay. There were three employees on shift, a younger girl, a younger guy, and an older man. I stood at this counter waiting for 5 minutes. There was nobody else in line except for me standing at the counter. The younger man seemed to be making pretzels, older man maybe stocking idk. But the younger girl was off to the side talking to what I’m assuming is her boyfriend the entirety of this whole time I’m waiting??? Not even a greeting “I’ll be right with you” just complete blatant disregard. When the older man finally come over the younger girl swooped in and seemed put off by my being there and her stupidity to not even acknowledge me knowing I know she saw me? I don’t usually leave reviews but boy what an interaction. 1 more minute I was going to legit walk to the other auntie Anne’s on the entire other side of the mall bc of how rude this felt.

Long lanes and employees do not care they do everything so slow! Besides that they never give you the receipt! They are keeping them to use them for rewards in their apps! When you scan your app the rewards never appear in your account! And about prices well you know is very expensive for a piece of bread!

Very poor customer service.

Bought the only 2 pretzel dogs in the display. Both were burnt on the outside, but most of the dough was raw on the inside. My wife has now been waiting for 10 minutes for a replacement. I was too hungry and ate mine anyway. Very bad experience!

It wasn’t that good well the service I mean I went over there since I haven’t had breakfast when I paid he didn’t give me the food I wait for multiple minutes there (plus there were only 3 people in line)

If it was possible to give a zero I would! The worst service ever! 3 people working and line of 10 not moving! Badly run store

This store is inside of a Wal-Mart, so atmosphere can't be great as it is right next to an exit. This is a favorite treat for my husband and I. We love the buttery soft pretzel bites, lightly salted. Their lemonade is perfectly tart, not sicky sweet. We have tried the frozen and regular lemonade and prefer the regular lemonade for the flavor. The frozen lemonade didn't seem to have the same full lemonade flavor of the regular lemonade.

Lady was rally rude even throwing the sauce I asked for rather than handing it to me
