Lower your prices, $7 is disgusting and creating hatred for the brand.

Long lanes and employees do not care they do everything so slow! Besides that they never give you the receipt! They are keeping them to use them for rewards in their apps! When you scan your app the rewards never appear in your account! And about prices well you know is very expensive for a piece of bread!

Very poor customer service.

It wasn’t that good well the service I mean I went over there since I haven’t had breakfast when I paid he didn’t give me the food I wait for multiple minutes there (plus there were only 3 people in line)

If it was possible to give a zero I would! The worst service ever! 3 people working and line of 10 not moving! Badly run store

This store is inside of a Wal-Mart, so atmosphere can't be great as it is right next to an exit. This is a favorite treat for my husband and I. We love the buttery soft pretzel bites, lightly salted. Their lemonade is perfectly tart, not sicky sweet. We have tried the frozen and regular lemonade and prefer the regular lemonade for the flavor. The frozen lemonade didn't seem to have the same full lemonade flavor of the regular lemonade.

Lady was rally rude even throwing the sauce I asked for rather than handing it to me

12:40 pm July 18,2024. Blackened pretzel bites and we immediately said they were burned. The kids did t want to touch them. The girl working refused to refund or replace stating they’re “all that way”. Obviously, they need training in cooking and customer service skills.

I love antie Annie’s so much , but this particular location I will never return to. I asked one of the workers if I can order with her and she rudely said “ don’t you see it’s close ? It says go to next register “ customer service is horrible here . ??

I stood in line for 20 mins with my twin girls. When I got up to the line and asked for pretzels no salt the manager CHRISTY said rudely that she wasn’t making anymore pretzel for the day. She refused to make any more new pretzels for the remainder of the afternoon and evening. We were loyal customers and they just lost us as customers! It was horrendous customer service

Auntie Anne’s has always had the most fantastic pretzels I have ever had. They relocated to the UTC mall recently.They’re pretzels were not as good!More importantly I bought two cups of nuggets with pepperoni and it was over 17 dollars ! No more

The workers are rude and super ghetto. They can’t smile or be polite in any way. Their body language comes off as hostile and they seem like they hate life and their job is so hard to give people a cup of pretzels.
