The Shanghi Lo Mein had a tiny sprinkle of chicken that looked like it was chopped up by a 5 yr old. It didn't taste like anything but soy sauce and noodles. I regret wasting my appetite on this place. If you dont know how to cook and eat good, this place is for you.

The food is pre-made and not good quality, not worth the price in my opinion. Portion sizes are generous however, so if you're more concerned with quantity then this place may be ok for you. The Pad Thai tasted a little fermented and was pretty bad. The Hibachi rice bowl was better, but was partially cold when it arrived. I took it back and they made another one which was hotter however, so at least the service is alright. Overall mediocre food, not worth the price paid. The place was also a little dirty. Customer service was good though.

Panda Express of bento boxes- I liked it! I got Mongolian beef, lo mein, and taro boba. The food was great as a quick meal and quality was above average, not too crowded. It is quite pricey though, which makes sense for the location.Would not recommend the boba, no flavor at all, but overall it was good

Food was terrible. We got Hibachi bowls....not good at all. Restaurant wasn't very clean. Restrooms not clean. Soda machine was disgusting! I would not return.

There is literally not a time I have come and they were not missing something on the menu I wanted. This is seriously just not a good establishment. Food is also always very slow.

Disappointing. Once and done. Barely one step above a supermarket frozen Chinese dinner. Rice was rationed and nothing special. Sesami Sauce was watery. Not much Chicken in the dish. Food was barely room temperature.I suspect it was frozen and reheated. I should have sent this back but didn't because I believed the same issues would have returned. I don't see this place lasting long. There are much better options out there.

Great food, love everything about this place, but can you guys add an accurate calorie count on the menu?? Some items don’t have a calorie count online and others aren’t very accurate unless a chicken katsu bowl really is 20 calories. That’s all I have to critique really, the food is genuinely incredible and I am starting to go more often. :)Dietary restrictions: Not sure if the food is low calorie because there is no calorie count unfortunately.
We’ve attempted to eat here 3 times. One attempt was successful. The first attempt, we were told they were not taking any orders in store because the wait was 30 minutes due to takeout orders even though the store was empty. The third attempt we were told the wait was 45 minutes because they just sat one large party… the rest of the restraint was empty. Unreal.
