I was really hoping to enjoy this place for my birthday, but unfortunately, it missed the mark. The pizza took much longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, it was made incorrectly and burnt. It was disappointing, especially since it was my first time trying this spot. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem very welcoming, which made the experience even more frustrating. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one just didn’t feel like it was worth the wait or the occasion.

This was a unique experience and you should try it at least once. Choose your toppings from just cheese to just shy of the kitchen sink! My wife's pizza was literally piled high and I wasn't so sure it would cook all the way through! I loaded mine with jalapeño peppers and other spicy toppings. Excellent! Service was quick and efficient. Customers came and went but the place never looked sloppy or overwhelmed.

GOOD PIZZA. BAD MANAGEMENT. Called to place an order for a large number of people at my office, the manager named Tiffany who was taking my order must have been overwhelmed because she ended up yelling at me on the phone and then hanging up on me. I really do like the pizza here but I don’t think I will be coming back to this location till they get a better manager.

It's like a personal pan pizza. I ordered my personal pizza, and Angela delivered it with a smile to my table. Thanks Blaze Pizza 🍕 😋
Every time we go in here the workers working the line are very rude and impatient. Today we decided to do an online order and when we got there, we got some of our food immediately, but were waiting on one item. I then watched at least four or five workers gather around one customer who was talking to I’m assuming the shift lead/manager on shift at the time. Because of this I watched my final item sit for multiple minutes and just stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge us again or realize that was our last thing we needed. Finally the dude on expo realized we were waiting again. Then once I got home I realized they forgot a topping I asked for as well as my pesto drizzle. Genuinely so disappointing. My original blaze before this one was the Daytona blaze and I can say that this one has been nothing but disappointments compared to it. The workers are rude. They do not pay attention to the customers. And even when we are in store, we always have at least one thing is wrong. Disappointing. And honestly not worth the attitude and mistakes every time we go in anymore

Whoever owns this location needs to reconsider the management who runs the team. Your work force is a bunch of lost adolescents that have no guidance from a real manager. There were literally 3 people waiting on their orders for over 20 mins. My order took over 40 mins and never got fulfilled, I left empty handed.
