Yikes terrible service. Actually wish I didn't tip. Never again. I'd rather pay UberEats than deal with lazy rude workers.

Lovely restaurant. Beverages were wonderful. Server was friendly and attentive. Food was well worth the wait. Highly recommended.

Bridges is situated in the "Amenity" floor of the Embassy Suites Hotel. Unfortunately this subjects it to minions of families walking/running around as they enjoy the complimentary happy hour with open buffet. In short, the restaurant needs to be enclosed - or it should be presented as a cafe rather than a dinner venue. Food was fair and extraordinarily slow. Probably a very small kitchen with limited staff

In short - terrible service with a good view from the windows.. ... so, we celebrated my birthday. There were 12 of us and of course a 20% tip was automatically included in the bill. Apparently that is why the waitress did not bother to provide good service. There were few people in this cafe (the word restaurant is not suitable), but even so - we waited forever for our drinks, then waited another eternity for food, they brought us cutlery 15 minutes after the food was brought. No water, no napkins, no care...... coffee was brought in a paper cup.... oh my God.... this is a failure and a shame. The food was not tasty, it is obvious that they save on everything! The only pluses are the view from the windows and the fact that they are open until 11 pm.
By the way, we tried all the desserts on their menu - everything was complete crap except for the creme brulee.

Nice service and great atmosphere, but the food wasn’t as good as we expected. Very salty and pricy for the quality we received.

Worst service ever. Stood and eventually sat for almost 15 mins without anyone attending to me. Only wanted a takeout. I was asked to go to the bar but the bartender didn’t even bother to check on me if I wanted water or even ask of if I came for a drink or food. I was clearly looking at the food menu but they were too busy asking the patrons that were already drinking to see if they wanted more drinks. This is not acceptable and I just walked out. Being inside Embassy Suites one would expect better service.
I wish I could tell y’all how the food was but I never got to that part. FYI I would have ordered the Fettuccine with slow braised beef. But I suppose I would never know how it would taste.

Service is awful here. Expect to wait forever for attention. Ashley was our server, and would not recommend this person ever work in the service industry. Food’s good.

Spectacular Panoramic View, Julius gave us lovely service, cappuccino was delectable, easy to access, and outdoor seating as well.

Hotel food is usually not that great. However, we ate lunch here a couple times and it was really good food. I had a burger and a turkey sandwich with fries. The burger was juicy and the turkey sandwich was flavorful. I would definitely eat here again for convenience during meetings at the hotel.

The staff is friendly. However, getting service was slow even when they weren’t busy.

The waitress with the glasses told me to sit wherever i wanted. Then it took her 25 minutes to even come to my table with a menu. I did not get my water until my food came. I would have gotten up and left except there we no other open restaurants. The good was good and the atmosphere was typical for a restaurant bar. Just not very impressed with the service.

Tried to have dinner this evening with my husband tonight at this restaurant since we had a really long travel day and decided to eat at the hotel so we don't have to leave. Sign at the front, said please seatyourself. BUT waited over 15 minutes, never even acknowledged that we were there waiting , waiting, waiting, not busy at all!!! so no excuses others were waiting as wel,l We will talk with the hotel after eating dinner at a fabulous local restaurant that has less staff than them and service was terrific don't recommend...this recommend this restaurant as of now they have some serious making up to do .... tables are dirty.
