Nice place downtown near Selby Library. A little pricey but ok on occasion.
One of my absolute favorite places to frequent. Service and food are always excellent. The staff are what really makes this place shine that little bit of extra. Chris is an incredibly knowledgeable bartender. I like to let him make stuff up and go nuts. Chef Ace, particularly always ensures a stellar experience from start to end.

We ended up at Rose & Ivy somewhat unexpectedly after leaving a performance at the Sarasota Opera House early, and it turned out to be a great choice.
The restaurant is right next door to the opera house, making it a particularly convenient spot before or after a performance.
It was a Saturday night in downtown Sarasota, and we had no reservation, but we were in luck and got a nice table for two.
