Great place to eat, food is delicious. This time around our service was not enjoyed. In the beginning we felt rushed, then ignored. We wanted to enjoy our time and order sparingly but felt we were forced to just order. After food arrived we saw the waiter (Vladislav) once. Another server filled our waters. We waited for the check and boxes which we asked that same other server. I wish the experience was better. The service could of been better with genuine interaction maybe offering...
It was a very busy day and the staff handled it so well with all the Christmas festivities going on at the mall and huge crowds. Both Managers pitched in and helped and our waiter was excellent.
We had an excellent meal at Brio and always have enjoyed our visits to this restaurant. The staff are pleasant and professional. The food and drinks are very good and the ambiance is very pleasant. They have a nice outdoor are as well.
