Only reason I rated down on the service is my cashier was obviously new and having trouble putting my order in but wasn't getting the attention of any staff or they didn't want to help him.
Had a surprisingly great experience at Burger King today — all thanks to Alex! Super friendly, fast, and made sure our order was spot on. It’s rare to get that kind of customer service at a fast food place these days. Food was hot, fresh, and came out quick. Give Alex a raise — seriously! 👏🍔🔥
Came through the drive through today and I ordered a large onion ring and junior whopper. It made my day! The food was tasty and hot/fresh. And they got the food out to my car in less than three min. Andddd the two workers at the window were so kind greeted me with a warm smile and said have a wonderful day. It’s hard to get good customer service nowadays, but you guys set the bar high, and reminded me of what good customer service was like back in the day! Thank you Burger...
