did not get what we ordered, taco supremes. after almost finishing one, we realized we had regular tacos and brought to employee's attention. after she checked order she replaced, gave us new correct order. would have been hassle if we had used drive through.
This location seriously has the friendliest staff! Always so welcoming and helpful! Only ONCE have I gotten a "wrong" order, and it was completely understandable, and partially my own fault (for not checking the screen properly)-- I had asked for a burrito with "no beans", but they heard "no beef"...(I was home before I realized, so not worth a trip back)Also-- 3 stars for food cuz it IS Taco Bell, after all ... and 3 for atmosphere because I pretty much always do drive through...read full review

Ordered an online combo box, paid with gift card, and picked up at drive-thru. Got home and we were shorted the nachos & cheese. Bummer. Too far to drive back at that point. Next time we will sit in line and check everything before leaving the window.
