This place has great food , good servers , the hostess needs to find a new job . I’m currently sitting in a restaurant and there ia no light to see when we asked if they had a light bulb to put in the light fixure he says no it don’t work . The manager of this establishment needs some training so he can Train his staff . Every time you come here they are short staffed with tons of dirty tables and you’re waiting when it’s unnecessary. It’s sad because the food is really good

I went in there last night with my mother and our server Crystal was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special! Truly outstanding service! Making CPK my new go to place!! Thanks Crystal!

Came in for the first time today. Waited 10 minutes before Crystal, our server came over. No smile, zero welcoming presence. We ordered our drinks and appetizer right away and needed a moment with the menu for our entrees. We were given no time to ask questions about the menu. The avocado egg rolls were delicious. The sauces that came with it were perfect. We just went ahead and ordered some lunch duos since our server just walked away without answering questions. My husband got the pizza and salad and I got the tomato bisque and salad. He enjoyed the pizza but everything was just ok. I'll come back for the egg rolls as a to go order to avoid how awful the service was. This was a very disappointing first experience.

Pizza was delicious! Service was very slow for the restaurant being empty and each server not having many tables. They did give free dessert to child on our party celebrating her birthday.

I’m sorry, and I hate leaving bad reviews but our experience here last week was very disappointing. We’ve been coming to & ordering from cpk for about 3 years, and we are sad to say the restaurant has gone majorly down hill.

We use to love getting pizza here because it was fresh, tasty and always a great experience, but after not coming to the restaurant for almost a year, it feels like a different place.

Waitress forgot drinks, and we had to remind her multiple times, my husbands drink/glass had dirty black specks in it, to which we gave the drink back to our waitress and she was quite embarrassed. Our appetizers and entree took an extremely long time to get to our table despite the restaurant not being very busy, and while we were there saw multiple tables frustrated with their service, we actually saw two tables walk out, and another table have to go up to the manager to ask if they had forgotten about them as no one had come to ask their order or bring drinks to them for almost 20 min…

To be a little bit more positive.. my endless sunshine drink was very tasty, and the dynamite shrimp was yummy.

However my husbands pizza was floppy, and as a former fan of the tomato pizza and bbq chicken pizza, neither tasted the way they use to. My favorite dish used to be the buffalo cauliflower and this time it was very soggy. My chopped Italian salad also had very little flavor and I’ve gotten this salad many times before.

I also unfortunately got quite sick after eating here as did a few other members of my party and this was the only thing we ate that was the same this day.

I don’t know what had happened to this place we use to enjoy coming to, but unfortunately we won’t be returning.

We came in and were told that it will be a 10-15 minute so we agreed to wait and they wrote down my name and phone number. After 10 minutes passed, we went to wait inside because we were cold but the hostess just disappeared so we couldn’t even ask about our table. We ended up leaving to eat elsewhere and what’s crazy is that I never got a single phone call or message from them. Good thing we didn’t wait because then we would’ve never gotten the table.

California Pizza Kitchen never disappoints! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made just right. The bartender was very nice, but the bar area was extremely dirty. Dirty dishes from other customers sat around me my entire visit. I even overheard staff saying they weren’t going to clean it because it was “someone else’s job.” I spoke with the manager, but the lack of cleanliness was very off-putting. If the visible areas are this filthy, it makes me question the kitchen. I would not return to this location. not to mention, kids should be sitting at the bar

Ridiculous service. Sat at table without any acknowledgement. Servers more interested in talking in the kitchen. Not even busy in the restaurant. When the server finally came out she went to the table that was just sat next to us.

We love love love the refreshing coolers Strawberry or Cucumber but our favorite item on the menu is the Buffalo Cauliflower 😋 this dish finger licking good! The restaurant has a nice outdoor seating which is great to enjoy the nice weather while eating. Our waitress Katie was so lovely and service focused - she just made our lunch here perfect.
