Chipotle is always a solid choice, though they’ve reduced portion sizes across the board. That said, my last visit had a pretty fair serving. The location is convenient, especially next to the hospital. The staff was friendly and respectful, and the restaurant was clean.

Bro what is this terrible service I felt like I was going in a chipotle to get my ass kicked they were so disrespectful. I usually love chipotle and enjoy going there but this was just a terrible experience I paid 11 bucks and couldn’t enjoy my meal because of how sad I was from getting that disrespected I felt ashamed of choosing to eat here instead of other options. One of them told me to focus or get out because I was speaking with my friend for a second. Barely any protein added and I said can I please get a little more and she says this is all we have you don’t like it don’t buy like what so disrespectful. Even the manager was disrespectful telling us that is the portion

This Chipotle is an absolute joke. The customer service is garbage. I ordered a bowl, and they barely gave me half a spoon of meat, then had the nerve to say I’d have to pay extra for more. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to what a complete waste of time.

Place looks like a bomb went off. You have 4/5 people behind the counter running around doing everything they can to not to make eye contact with customers. Everyone looks miserable. Burrito wasn’t even really rolled. No value for the money. I won’t be going back. If you’re reading this , you should go elsewhere.

Do-over review. Happy to report this store has upped its game considerably. Prices a bit higher, service as fast as can be expected when you have mopes who should be ready with their order instead of trying to figure out how the menu works. Food and portions greatly improved, just need to get some lights in the pitch black parking lot before someone is mugged or worse and sues Chipotle.

One of the most over priced places I’ve been to in a very long time, not only was the quality of the food was so so the girl had an attitude of ( what do you want )
The place was dirty table where not wiped down trash was over flowing
I understand that we all have bad days but the whole place was just a mess .

I recently visited this restaurant as a walk-in customer, and overall, the food and service were phenomenal. However, I had a very strange and disappointing experience when I requested chips and queso. When I asked for it, I was told that I could only get the queso if I ordered online, even though I could clearly see the queso right there in the restaurant. It was confusing and frustrating to be told something so illogical, especially when the item was readily available.

As we sat and ate, we overheard several other customers being told the same thing: "No queso unless you order online." Many of us were left wondering why this is the case, especially when the item is clearly part of the menu and should be available for purchase in person.

While the food was great, this policy left a sour taste and was quite disappointing. It’s a real letdown as a customer to be refused something that’s listed on the menu, especially when it’s available right in front of you. I hope the management can reconsider this strange policy to better serve their in-house customers in the future.
