Ordered chips and guac with my online order. Picked up order. Got home no chips and guac. Go back to the store, and get told they do not have chips and guac. They told me they could not refund my money. So I am owed a refund and gas money!
I ordered online… $27. Sent my husband to pick up the food and they said they don’t have the order. He showed them the order and the proof of payment coming out off of our card on the phone. They still would not cooperate and told him to go to the end of the line to wait another 10 minutes to talk to someone. I will never eat here again. People are incompetent and rude. The person who told him to go to the end of the line was the manager, by the way! Wonderful leader ship!
