I love Chipotle, however since moving to Florida I have had nothing but bad experiences with the food not being seasoned at all, service is terrible….. and I felt that I would try different locations just to see if I could find a great place…….for example I always request extra protien and I pay extra for it and ordered a burrito….. the employee had so much in the burrito he literally couldn’t roll it up and he proceeded to wrap it up anyway, food was falling out of it literally. I asked that he try again or add another tortilla, he then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for requesting extra meat?……….. and he didn’t roll it up correctly………therefore I have decided that I will no longer visit another chipotle….not sure if is just a “Florida” thing or not but I’m not paying for bad food AND bad service. Chipotle…do better.In response to my review Alex asked that I contact them on their website and the link he provided didn’t list any of the locations in Sarasota or Bradenton ? therefore I was unable to select the location that I had the experiences……. Chipotle, do better

They are increasingly adding less meat and more rice and beans and then asking if we want extra meat to make it even more expensive, today a piece of paper came from the kitchen with the food.They are increasingly disgusting and zero cleaning.

Absolutely the worst money grab I have ever experienced. A bowl that was less than a kids portion and. Belligerent Manger that refused to address it. Completely ripped off in every way. Stay away at all costs.

We order 2 chicken bowls and we received dry chicken from the bottom of of bowl. They should keep food fresh and rotate them. Also the tables were all dirty, why not have the staff rotate and go out and clean the lobby and bathrooms. Bathrooms had no paper. So sad and we love Chipotle food.

Food is the same quality as any other chipotle regarding to taste but service is TERRIBLE. Smallest portions ive ever seen with rude employees and not to mention the place inside is disgusting. I mean literally a mess. Food all over the floor, ice all over the floor from the machine. Cmon chipotle you can do a lot better.

This location, as another reviewer mentioned, is the absolute best one in all of Manatee and Sarasota counties. That being said the quality of the food and the portion size at this location (and frankly, throughout all of the area) leave much to be desired. At least in this one bugs are not crawling all over the food line as they are in LWR.I have eaten at chipotles all over the country, and as it seems this is what is now company standard for Florida, I am no longer a multiple times a week customer.I have repeatedly had issues with DoorDash (and I’m a good tipper), orders being made wrong, portion sizes, etc. it’s so disappointing because I could eat Chipotle every day if it was what it used to be or still is in other parts of the country. Chipotle do better!

I have ordered from the chipotle app from this restaurant so many times and there is always something wrong but this was the WORST! I went to pick up my order which said it was ready but when I got there it wasn’t, then once I got it and took it home it was completely wrong! Then I tried calling them and no one answered so I had to drive all the way back! Maybe it was my fault for not checking before I left the first time to make sure it was right but the label on the containers were correct, but what was in the bowl was so wrong! So when I came back in and told them, their response was, “well what does the label say, is that right?” I didn’t lose my cool but I just explained that was right bud what was inside was totally wrong, then they remade it. And once they gave it back to me, they didn’t apologize or say a word! In the store I didn’t fight or complain but I thought it was quite ridiculous!!! I appreciate them remaking it but the customer service sucked
