Ordered take away via the app on my way home from work and had a free soda reward with a min $5 purchase. The app rejected the reward claiming my $14 ordered didn't qualify. I thought no big deal I'm sure they will just give me a cup when I pick up my order, that was not the case. Two young lady's struggled to advise me that I didn't place the reward with the order so they couldn't do anything about it. I ended up just leaving without the beverage. Got home after ordering a bowl and this is what it looked like. I see we’re screwing customers over again and deflating the quantities going into bowls. Your company is full of BS artists. Just another predatory billion dollar corporation making record profits while Americans cant afford anything and this is how they do it. Scam you. Shame Chipotle. You got called out for this already and you said you reversed course. Just a bunch of lies from your out of touch CEO. SHAME.
Worst chipper of all time, the place is disgusting and the three women working on 9/11/26 8:00pm are not only incompetent but they clearly lack any respect for customers and their fellow coworkers. I waited 20 minutes for a burrito with 2 people in line ahead of me. There was one person working the line while the 3 people gossiped at the cash register. The line piled up 20+ deep by the time I finally checked out. Unbelievable
