I’m not sure why this place is rated so low… here I am 30 miles away crying that there’s not a closer Cinnabon near me… took a drive to UTC twice just for the rolls.Edit: ah, the service. Well, I’ve only been there twice and it was fine. And I also go there to buy the premade 6 paks (I like 30 miles away).

I agree, this store will ruin their reputation! I was there a little after 11:00 and was ignored. Finally called out and asked if they were open and they said yes. So they do open at 11:00 but are just starting the baking process and have nothing available so don't even bother to go before 11:30 or so. The buns were great once we finally got them! Guy working the register was very nice.

The other day I was in line at the Cinnabon when I it was my turn to order the guy was at cashier raise he head , he was like you need to be in the line , and I told him I was in line , he dident belive me and ask the person in the back very rude, was him in front of you , and the lady say yes he was , then I told him you need to apologize to me stil looking down he dident say a word , if you wanna know what's going on around you work with you head up and you see what's around you ,isted he had a hat cover his eyes like a horse in the race and dont see what's in front of him what a shameless this new generation very bad attitude and rudeness learn how to live boy!!!!!!????

As a former worker, I am here to explain things. 1. We (the store) are not allowed to change the website nor the menu. Mon to Thur is 11-7. Fri and Sat are 11-8. Sun is 11-6.2. The company has told us to not turn large cups of nuggets into smalls.3. Company has told us to not give discount price for the Cinnabons on the hotpad.4. The company was not hiring enough people, so many were working 12 hour shifts for 4 or 5 days a week.5. Anybody who stays on the register for 4 consecutive hours becomes depressed.6. If we stay over time, whether due to cleaning or something of the sort, we get slightly penalized.7. The reason Cinnabon rewards do not work is because this store is technically Auntie Anne's, not Cinnabon.8. Pretzels must have a dark bottom or they fall apart when eating.9. I don't know why we cannot serve small Frozen lemonades, it is not on the register.10. Orders tend to take time due to people ordering both pretzels, Cinnabons, and occasionally not knowing what they want.11. We HAVE to throw away old food, believe me I want to eat it too.Sorry for any future inconvenience.Sincerely, A Former Employee

Don’t be mislead!! They Don’t close at 9 pm closes at 8 don’t be misledThey threw out like 5 boxes of pre packed Cinnabons and they wouldn’t sell them to us when we offered.
