As a former worker, I am here to explain things. 1. We (the store) are not allowed to change the website nor the menu. Mon to Thur is 11-7. Fri and Sat are 11-8. Sun is 11-6.2. The company has told us to not turn large cups of nuggets into smalls.3. Company has told us to not give discount price for the Cinnabons on the hotpad.4. Sadly this is not the Cinnabon you remember from years past. The incredibly warm gooey deliciousness is now preheated dry and disappointing. Out of the 5 or 6 employees only one is on the register so be prepared for a long wait in line.

I’m not sure why this place is rated so low… here I am 30 miles away crying that there’s not a closer Cinnabon near me… took a drive to UTC twice just for the rolls.Edit: ah, the service.
