To whom it belongs.Yesterday I had the worst experience in this store. Visited this location in Macy's on 12/14/23 at approximately 6:45pm. Caramel Macchiato with zero caramel taste. Mentioned it to the two baristas and they had nothing but excuses and argumentative responses. A simple offer to add some caramel would have been perfect - I didn't come guns blazing, not sure why I got the defensive attitude. If it's got caramel in the name, it should have a hint of caramel. I was the only person at the order window.....yet After waiting 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was there- both workers went to the back room. Unacceptable customer service.....especially since there were 2 people working. Not a hello....we will be right with you....etc.
