It changed. They offered visual choices behind glass to help tempt you to buy items that you wouldn't normally buy. Larger items like begals n lox cam in a easy to manage box. Ppl don't seem happy and interaction is low. I ordered a everything begal w/;lox extra capers and the portion of capers n onion was wrapped in a brown wax paper. I also think the lox brand changed as it didn't taste as smoky. I said dine in but I still got it in a bag so I can tell you I think...

Best bagel shop I have ever experienced! Food was FRESH and made to order, staff exceeded expectations by being beyond friendly and helpful. Restaurant itself was very clean and had a cool aesthetic.

Delicious food, attentive staff. Shoutout to Robert for always providing amazing customer services. Love coming to Einsteins. I come in and get bagels for the office here regularly and they are always a hit.
