Delicious ice cream it reminded me of when I was a kid. My friend and I will be coming back to get ice cream here again once all the construction to the mall is done. The young woman with glasses I think was in charge reminded me that I shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. She was friendly and very helpful. Her and another young woman were able to direct us to the store we were searching for.

I visited Cold Stone a couple of weeks ago. Although it was a bit tricky to find in the mall, once I found it, it was an excellent experience. I was served quickly and politely, and the ice cream - some sort of seasonal, heavenly, cinnamon roll concoction - knocked my socks off. It was insanely sweet, which is exactly what I was looking for. I ate off of it for 3 days. Amazing. 10/10.

Cold Stone Creamery at University Town Center in Sarasota is a great place to get ice cream and cold treats while shopping. Everything here is delicious and well made. The staff here is very accommodating and makes sure that everything is done right. Good experience coming here.
