We had Tapas and thoroughly enjoyed it. Shout out to Max our server who was not only an excellent waiter but also an excellent tour guide with top recommendations for things to do in the area.
Susmy was very attentive. Loved the tableside mojito preparation. The hosts accomodated our reservation quickly and we were able to switch from inside to outside with ease. Always a great experience at the Columbia.
Food was excellent and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. Carlos was amazing — from the moment I walked in until the time I left, he made everything seamless and welcoming. I had the mahi mahi as my entrée and it was so good — perfectly prepared and full of flavor. And the 1905 Salad was absolutely amazing... truly lived up to the hype. Overall, an awesome experience. I can't wait to come back!
