Great distributor for ice cream businesses

Deplorable customer service quality. Of course I will not recommend this company to my franchise.

This a box truck dock 18 wheels will sweat a lil bit but will make by rolling on the dirt

There is no room to maneuver in 53 foot trailer with sleeper cab at this location. You will be told to drive over the curbs and rocks because its the only way to try to make it into their one unloading bay. The staff is friendly and unloaded me very quickly but i would not deliver here again. This is a warehouse district for box vans and daycabs.

Thank you to Holly for always providing good customer service. Many times she has helped us in a pinch! We appreciate that especially being a small business. I love that you are always looking for new products to help keep our businesses on trend.

Pricing is not readily available to know what the cost will be when placing an order. The people that take the orders do not necessarily know the prices when the order is placed and need to call you back if the order does not meet the minimum. I would like to do business with this company since they appear to be the only distributors in Florida for I.Rice products, yet they are either too busy to care or they have a lock on the I Rice market. Still waiting for a call from the call center manager. 5/31 Still waiting for that call back from the manager.

I own a frozen yogurt shop and Commissary has always been my go to for all my products. They have beat all other companies prices and are so easy to order from. They have really helped me succeed in my business with all the time they have spent helping with new ideas for my store.

Very disappointing. I wanted to order a gallon of vanilla flavoring. After placing the order i got a call back saying they couldn't ship it because they didn't have adequate packaging. Give me a break. What kind of business doesn't have boxes to ship their products.

We are very disappointed in commissary supply, we hoped they could supply us with our needs for our business and they could not do so. The first order was not complete, missing over half of the items ordered and we were not notified. The second time the order was not put on the truck even though I had spoke with them two days prior. Every time we call, we get tossed around on the phone therefore I would not recommend ordering from them.
