We had an amazing dining experience at Cuba 1958 in Sarasota! There were four of us, and we enjoyed every single dish we ordered — from the appetizers to the main courses, everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and authentic, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was both beautiful and welcoming. This place is a gem! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful meal and a great vibe. A must-visit!

I’ve been waiting for an authentic upscale Cuban restaurant in the Sarasota area and it’s finally here! I am Cuban and grew up eating delicious Cuban food. My mother is an excellent cook and has taught me to make many of the traditional dishes. Many restaurants claim to have Cuban food, however, most are a mix of other Carribean dishes. Cuba 1958 is authentic. The croquettes are delicious and so is the shrimp cocktail.. the steak was delicious . The yucca was amazing...read full review
