Lived here for 12 years and just discovered this place. Definitely the BEST Italian restaurant around. Everything tasted like my mother and noni had prepared it. Caesar salad was the real thing. Gnocchi truly melted in my mouth. Sauce was exceptional.
D’Corato Ristorante is absolutely the best Italian place ever and is a hidden gem! From the warm atmosphere to the superior service, this place knocks it out of the park. Every meal I have had there has been amazing! The precious family who owns this restaurant goes above and beyond every time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

D'Corato Ristorante offers an outstanding dining experience, with delicious food and good service. The intimate little restaurant has a lovely newly decorated dining area that is elegant and makes the dining experience even more pleasant. Customers can enjoy fresh and hot homemade bread, all the way through to the outstanding Tiramisu. The food is amazing, especially the gnocchi and the Porcini Ravioli, which is to die for. The lasagna is truly special, and they also make a delicious cookie wedding cake with perfect frosting and cookies, along with additional cookies in different flavors. The owner and staff are hospitable, sharing their knowledge of wines and food. D'Corato Ristorante is a must-try for Italian food enthusiasts and is a wonderful gem in downtown Sarasota.
