Great meal and great service!
Amazing service and great food
Our waiter, Zackary was superb! When the main course arrived I knew I wanted a red wine to accompany this and he was quick to say, I know just the wine and he was spot on.
On the other hand the management team was useless. Two men walked by our table countless times never once offering to remove empty glasses or fill water when things got busy for our waiter. Based on the reviews, Melting Pot offers a fun experience and is a great place for a couples date night or special occasions. The food and the experience are great. However, some guests experienced a few setbacks. A server should have the highest hygiene, as one server had dirty nails and wiped their nose with their serving hand. Several servers provided amazing customer service. One server was very good but spoke too quickly. Another server provided amazing service and was very attentive with assisting with getting an order to go. A server named Lexi made the experience wonderful, answered all questions, and explained all options. A server named Jake was incredibly nice, very attentive without interrupting the meal, and made the experience wonderful from start to finish. Guests would definitely come back because of the service.
