Very poor attitude from the lady working. She will physically move your luggage. Rush you to order. Very nasty lady. Don’t even come to this place. Absolutely terrible service.
I was there on Friday, November 15th at 5:45 pm (hours on Google say closed at 7 pm), but it was dark and empty, so it might not be open when you come. I was going to gate B12 and Jimmy John's sandwich place was open.

Service was very slow so I only had a drink because I had to get to my plane. I used my American Express card for the charge. The next day American Express let me know that someone was trying to charge something on my card but they denied it. I had server # 492780. American Express has deleted that card number and sent me a new one. Just thought you should know in case it happens again.

Tall, thin, dark-haired waitress with glasses was very rude.
Flying through Sarasota Airport I came across a beautifully awesome restaurant. Fish tacos were awesome!! Server and bartender were excellent as well. A mother and daughter combo whom were both very professional and fun. Great service!
The worst club sandwich I’ve ever had … 20 dollars for terrible quality turkey, 2 slices old tomato, 1 slice of cheese on cheap white bread.
Had a pleasant lunch w Terri as our waitress. She was funny w a bright smile and provided excellent service. Nice atmosphere overlooking the huge fountain. Food was great (chicken tacos.. husband enjoyed his too, can’t recall what he ordered). Fries were good and enjoyed the white wine (I think Pinot Grigio). Food came out pretty quick. Yes, airport food is overpriced across the board but we enjoyed lunch here.. no complaints!
Asked to leave the empty sitting area because we weren't ordering food or drink from them. Only one other table with people in the area. Every other table empty.

What a terrible experience. My mother in a wheelchair with my 13 year old son pushing her when i met them to say goodbye at the airport were met by the bartender. Bald man probably mid 50's. I'm not here to call anyone out but his name was Todd. We sat at a table because my mother couldn't sit at the bar in a wheelchair nor could my son obviously. With the extreme heat my mother needed ice water so i told the nice waitress i would go to the bar and get drinks when he informed me i couldn't because i wasn't sitting at the bar. I respectfully walked back to the table and sat back down with my family. 5 minutes go by and I again walked back to the bar and just asked for just the ice water and said my mother didn't feel good and that's all i needed. He again denied me JUST THE ICE WATER because i wasn't sitting at the bar but he would get it. After chitchat with his employees he set them on the counter for the servers and no one brought them so we respectfully left with the drinks still sitting, open with no concern on the bar. So sir thank you for the time missed with my son and mother plus the extra cost for parking longer. Flight was delayed and you're the rudest person I've ever encountered in a national airport. Denying my mother a simple ice water to a paying customer!! I'm sure you put them on ice for the next person. 1 16oz. Budweiser aluminum bottle, 1 glass of Pinot Grigio (that didn't matter) and one glass of ice water. Cameras should've picked it up around 5:30 p.m with other customers walking out before us telling us good luck. Shame on you for representing our SRQ/Bradenton airport. God bless.
Not hip QRS code to get menu, order and pay but I'm a bit old school. That being said the personal service we did get was awesome. Wish I caught the waitress 's name. She checked on us and interacted with us. Food was very good and exactly perfect way to kill time prior to our flight
Not sure what all the boo hoo hooing is about. Expectation management people! You are in an airport not big enough to rate a lounge. HOWEVER, this place is doing their best. “CAPT” Todd was very helpful and nice. Watched an employee come up and order. They were in a rush so they APPEARED rude. They were not just in a hurry. On to the food. I ordered the burger medium rare (alway do that so I get a medium done not a hockey puck ) bacon cheddar burger was SOLID. Good burger. So set your expectation at the airport door or eat before you get here. These guys are doing great.
they over charged for a soda and it tasted like water its not good quality they only have good liquor the food was okay . but over priced 80 bucks 2 burger and frys asked to talk to a manager he or she did not wont to fix the problem .
Incredibly rude staff. No one waited on us so ended up purchasing at the grab and go section with no seating and then asked to leave the seating area which was empty. Horrible experience and is the only option at the airport.
