Went to this place for breakfast. The employee who cashed me out turned out to be the one who, apparently, was late. I saw her outside gathering her stuff from her car, in a rush, dropping everything on the floor as she entered the store. She was not wearing the appropriate shoes; she was in flip flops! She did not wash her hands before starting, off course she was late!!! Her attitude was not a good one, because off course she was late!!! And finally, after I traveled half an hour from there to my workplace, I got the wrong order. And if at least this order were well made, but not even close....

Ordered very simple iced coffee. came completely watered it down, there was no line so there was no wait. Went back around and asked for it to be remade. They remade it again and it was water down again so I just threw both of them out. I have never had any issues at other Dunkins before, not sure what’s going on here…

Went in here and this independently owned DD wanted to charge me 12.09 for two sourdough breads and one cream cheese. Apparently in this location the one small cream cheese is $4.09 and some change. I have never been to any other DD that charged this amount and I saw it on the screen for the order. Contacted Corporate and awaiting a reply to what appears to be price gouging .

This Dunkin used to be the best in the Sarasota/Bradenton area! When Nikki, Monica,Shareka, and Ashley worked here! My husband and I would go 7 days a week and spend an average of 140.00 a week! About 4 months ago they moved all their food employees except Ashley! She is is the ONLY good employee left at this location! I used to get greeted with a smile and treated respectful. Now with the Tosh manager there I have been treated very rudely! Most of the time I drive an hour out of my way to go to the Manatee Ave location so I can get excellent service but Fridays and Saturdays are tough because I work early in Sarasota! Every day I order the same thing! A medium iced coffee with Carmel, ALMOND MILK, and regular sugar, and a cinnamon raisin begal lightly toasted with cream cheese! They NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT AND TODAY was the worst! I tried to call the area manager and they will not give me the number! I can not even identify what this old burnt Begal is and there is barely any cream cheese! Next I notice oat milk instead of Almond! So if you like being treated rudely and left over unidentified Bengals this is the place for you! Sorry Ashley you deserve better than the way you are being represented and I wish you were allowed to join the amazing women on Manatee!
Vegetarian options: They put whatever the want on the begal and give you stale old garbage that you didn't order and same with the coffee! There are several Dunkins avoid this one at all costs! If you have time drive to the one on Manatee! I have never written a review like this but this place is terrible!
Parking: Plenty of parking because they are never busy!

I just want to say the staff here are always super nice. But man, the consistency of drinks and food here is awful. I got a latte today, and it looks like a 32oz cup of milk. I’m also not convinced they put espresso in the latte, but maybe pre-brewed coffee instead (which is not a latte).

Waited for 5 minutes at the front counter. One person peeked out from the back then disappeared. No cars at the drive thru and no other customers inside. This has been a reoccurring theme at this location.
You nolonger allow 2 separate orders at the drive thru.My cold brew with foam only taste good a couple of times.I use to love DD'sI will return not sure when.Donuts are a plusWraps are yummyMini baggels are good.

I know this location and others in the Bradenton area have had issues in the past months, but this location has really stepped up the service! I have visited at least once a week for the past 3 weeks and get a great employee named Nikki every time. She is very friendly and introduces herself when you pull up to the intercom. I am greeted warmly when I get to see her at the window and my order is always correct. Dunkin' I hope you know what a valuable employee you have in Nikki and keep up the good work!
