Ordered through the drive thru. Was looking forward to getting a cream cheese bagel for me and my friend. When I got the bagel, we opened it and were extremely disappointed with the lack of cream cheese. I dont know how someone could think that this was acceptable to serve to a customer. Will never be going here again!

After my trip to the Ringling museum, I took a trip to this Dunkin’ Donuts. The young man that took our order was very nice and friendly. He even encouraged us to use our Dunkin’ Donuts app! We’ll be back for sure.

CHRISTINA is thee ABSOLUTE BEST!! She’s so pleasant, kind, caring and she ALWAYS makes my morning the greatest before my morning shift. I’m a frequent customer every Wednesday-Friday. She even knows my daily order by heart. Her smile is contagious and her personality is what brings me coming back. I pray she’s recognized for being a GREAT Employee. The other morning employees ( sorry don’t know their names, but I will be asking) are absolutely wonderful as well. This DUNKIN ROCKS and that’s why I frequent it so much. Very clean, and top notch friendly.. Keep up the great job!! MY BROWN SUGAR SHAKIN ESPRESSO is ALWAYS CORRECT and ON POINT!! Want a great coffee go here and you won’t be disappointed.

I have to say.... since they have changed the staff and management at this store it has gotten better....I have gave this Dunkin Donuts there second chance and they were very nice and my order was correct... coffee was very hot and the food was hot and fresh....thank you Dunkin Donuts for bring in the New management and crew.....I just hope everyone one else who had a bad experience in the pass give them the second chance to make things right ... They were fast, friendly, and fresh....

Went to this place for breakfast. The employee who cashed me out turned out to be the one who, apparently, was late. I saw her outside gathering her stuff from her car, in a rush, dropping everything on the floor as she entered the store. She was not wearing the appropriate shoes; she was in flip flops! She did not wash her hands before starting, off course she was late!!! Her attitude was not a good one, because off course she was late!!! And finally, after I traveled half an hour from there to my workplace, I got the wrong order. And if at least this order were well made, but not even close....
