You nolonger allow 2 separate orders at the drive thru.My cold brew with foam only taste good a couple of times.I use to love DD'sI will return not sure when.Donuts are a plusWraps are yummyMini baggels are good.

Was told only two people working and they did drive thru first. One car at drive thru when we got there. A car pulled up after a few minutes. Waited about ten minutes. Nothing. Left. Can't comment on food only service which was none.

Obviously the owners pay no attention to these reviews or simple changes would be made. I went into the shop at 9:00 am and was the only one there. The door rang a bell when I entered to let staff know someone was there. There was one women working at a coffee machine wearing headphones. I could hear another person in the back doing something.After about 5 minutes I figured the person with the headphones hadn't heard me arrive. I asked, "is anyone here?"She turned around and said "there's two of us and we're busy."No, "We'll be with you in a bit." Or any acknowledgment of my presence.I turned around and walked out.This place is pathetic. Even if you are understaffed, it doesn't cost anything to be polite to customers, after all that IS the source of your income.

I know this location and others in the Bradenton area have had issues in the past months, but this location has really stepped up the service! I have visited at least once a week for the past 3 weeks and get a great employee named Nikki every time. She is very friendly and introduces herself when you pull up to the intercom. I am greeted warmly when I get to see her at the window and my order is always correct. Dunkin' I hope you know what a valuable employee you have in Nikki and keep up the good work!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Monica when we were down visiting Sarasota at this DD location. She made the experience lovely. Very outgoing, personable person.

Not just this location but almost every Duncan in Bradenton is ran piss poor. Zero consistency in coffee coming out the window, if it's open. Seemingly zero employee interest in offering decent service.Very hit or miss if it's even going to be open or not.Don't know who runs these Duncan's around here but maybe invest in paying your staff better to get better results. I can't stand Starbucks but I'm starting to get used to going there at this point
I've been to this location couple times before, not usually crowded and the staff is so friendly! I met two wonderful servers this morning, friendliest employees I have ever met. Will definitely be going there every weekend.

What’s going on at this place?? I have been here 10 times since I’ve moved to a nearby neighborhood and they have NOT EVER got my order correct, my order goes like this, “ an iced medium coffee with one sugar and a glazed donut” they will bring out every kind of donut but never the one I order and my coffee is always wrong too. I think they people who work here are high and verrrrry slow. Today it took about 15 minutes to get an iced coffee because the employees were being questioned by the police. I went in to use the bathroom and it is so gross, don’t these chains have standards? Such a bummer since this is so close to me but I cannot go here again. I suggest driving 10 minutes to the next one down the road!
