Slow, unprofessional and usually dirty. Given them chance after chamce due to being close to my home but this is just not a good location. Always the slowest service possible. Wait times insane. Staff rude and inappropriate. Legit not worth it. Hot food items often soggy or undercooked bc they rush the cook times. Staff always annoyed to be there

Absolute worst customer service ever!! The people that work there are so incredibly rude it’s unreal! I was screamed at through the drive thru window by some women who works there who looks “methed up” over a slight misunderstanding over a donut order. A DONUT ORDER!!!! These people have no business working in the customer service industry.

A very long wait at the drive-through today. I'm assuming they were short staffed. I ordered decaf and 100% got caffeine, which is problematic. She repeated the order back, stating decaf, so I know I said decaf when I placed the order.
