Had gotten my decaf latte at a different location, didn’t sip it until after leaving. It was made horrible. So i came to this location to have it re-made. The first lady who was very nice with me was talking & another employee named tiffany rudely interrupted her saying “no, we cant re make it, you gotta go to the other location”. So i left. Soon after the first nice lady came out after me signalling me to come back, so i did. She said the manager said to re make it....

Had wonderful and friendly service from this location today! They made an amazing frozen pumpkin spice coffee with a generous portion of whip cream on top!!! We had a nice laugh.
It was refreshing!

A typical Dunkin’ Donuts coffee shop. I came here on national donut day. They were out of glaze donuts but gave me five Donut holes free. There were two people behind the counter, one of them was a trainee. The trainer took my order and the trainee made my iced coffee.. I waited a little while until the trainer announced that my coffee was ready. She had the child training that he had to let customers know when the coffee was ready. It was fine. How else will people learn?
