Firehouse Subs Bee Ridge

I had a firehouse sub a couple years ago at a charity event. I recalled it being good. I drove by one and recalling that experience,on a whim decided to try again.
Bad decision. The outside looked like a tired old fast food joint, inside no better. Place was busy from online ordering, drive through, and walk ins. I ordered a roast beef small for $7. Wow I thought how reasonable, until after waiting 10 minutes for a slider sized piece of shredded (I think) roast beef and some melted stuff(cheese?). No lettuce,tomato,onion. How unappealing, threw it right in the trash and walked out. Not fit for human consumption. I’m a slow learner but now realize all these chains are the same, especially when it is purchased by a conglomerate. I normally avoid all fast food, but was not thinking rationally today.
Never again. (This is the bee ridge location in Sarasota, but am confident they are all the same).

Dirty bathroom. Dirty art n walls in restaurant. Expired sauces that aren't being refrigerated yet says it on label. Very sticky jars. Soda machine is visibly dirty where you push for ice. Garbage can full..it was 4 pm on weds . Went in to eat felt like I needed a b12 shot with antibiotics. When did firehouse change their bread
It was crusty n falling apart on a cold sub. Like it wasn't baked right or it was left out ..not real good experience. Ohh btw bathroom was locked with no one in it. Finally they opened it so I could wash my hands off from sticky sauces..ya think I was asking for free food.

To Firestone management, please review the camera , November 24th at 10:55 AM. A white woman working there mocked my accent in a clearly racist manner, which led to arguing between us. I don't believe this behavior is befitting of a company like Firestone.

The Firehouse sub is the best Italian sub I ever had. Having it toasted makes it even better. I now look for a Firehouse Sub wherever I go.

My husband and I have been long time patrons of firehouse, specifically this location, but this past particular time, JUSTIN made our trip special. He was so accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our experience extra enjoyable. 11 out of 10. We'll be coming more often now, that's for sure!!

I have been a customer at this location since the day they opened and have always been very pleased with my experiences!! The staff is awesome and the food is great, they always go above and beyond!!! Oh and definitely try the French Dip that just came out…it’s AMAZING!!! Meatball is great as well!!! Update… Another French dip… Deluxe!! I love this sandwich!!

I was greeted with a hello and informed of the BOGO deal for customers whose names started with the letter L and today was my lucky day. I got two large Italians for the price of one. The service was nice and the environment was clean.

Steak and cheese was delicious! Sun came through the large windows and warmed me up nicely on this chilly day! Staff was professional and efficient!

Crazy good...had my Steamer (corned beef & pastrami) toasted vs steamed....as good as the old Carnegie Deli, NY, NY!

If it was a zero star option I would give it I called to ask what they can do to fix my sandwich I got the steamer o ly cheese meat and maynoise no deli mustard or Italian dressing while addressing with the manager she said it's only meat cheese mayo then hung up
