Always liked this chain. Would give this location Zero stars if I could though. Hadn't been here in a while. And read an article today that they offer a free sub on your birthday with a corresponding order. Well apparently they don't, but after a few minutes someone decided to tell me "it's for online orders only" ok fine, I guess I'll do an online order. Guess what, that doesn't work either. When I inquired if there was anything else they could do I was told " they didn't need that kind of business anyway".

Well, the bread was not toasted whixh other fire house subs do, so it was cold. It took more than 45 min of waiting and there were not thst many people there, just those waiting for the food, the customers were friendly. I think they were training new people but should have warned me before i placed order and paid for it that it would take thst long. Or at least let us know. On top of thst there was a training class in the lobby.... nope they did not work there so could not help. There were plenty of people behind the counter but obviously they did not have it together at all. Very disappointed. 4 stars for atmosphere were for the customers i got to meet.

Worst sandwich ever and terrible service!! A 4 year old can make a better sandwich..my sub felt like I was eating air.. no meat whatsoever.. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend anyone to go ever again.i would be embarrassed to give someone a sub like that.

The food as gone downhill and the prices up my soup was stone cold the bread as been stale and the wait is forever they used to be really

Great experience! The assistant manager was incredibly courteous and professional. I brought my daughter in to get her free sandwich for the “S” day….i wanted to ask first because I have heard horror stories and this lady reassured me and gave me home!! She deserves a raise or promotion! Thank you for such an amazing experience… oh and the food was amazing as usual!!!!Kid-friendliness: Let my daughter take her time ordering exactly what she wanted instead of me having to rush her and pick for her!!
