I literally am here for the 2nd day in a row. I texted my parents (up in Philly), this is one less reason to come up to visit. —literally they brought my FAVORITE FOOD HERE to Sarasota.
They have a version of Primos hoagies, Dinics Roast Pork, or Curley’s comfort in 1 spot now.
SO HAPPY I JUST LOST 20lbs. Found a place worth finding it when I want it.

When you walk in you feel like your in a Philly cheesesteak shop. Being orignially from south jersey, I appreciated the Liscio's seeded roll. The PMO cheesesteak with coopersharp was very good. Steak was chopped and veggies cooked very well. They did not skimp on the meat. The onion rings were crunchy and not greasy. I enjoyed the petal sauce with them. Our next time in, we will be trying the roast pork.

Right when you walk into the shop, you are greeted by warm welcoming staff members & the immediate smell of a bomb sandwich. Their menu offers so many different variations, whoever walks in will definitely find something that suits them. This place truly is the real deal, fully authentic and using the highest quality and freshest ingredients.

Stopped at a new place for me while on vacation. Great cheesesteak big enough to share. Quick and friendly service. I ordered The Johnny Longhot and it came out piping hot. It was warm inside for indoor dining.

First timers at Johnny Longhots today. Everyone there was exceptional. Menu is delicious & customizable if you choose. Staff checked on us and everyone in the dining room several times. Can’t wait to go back!

10/10 highly recommend coming from someone from Philly. The owner drove up from Naples during the mid day rush to help his team out. Also gave out free cannolis.

We stumbled upon this gem of a place on TikTok, and after seeing their moves, we HAD to try it out. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint. Gio was the absolute sweetest, and the cheesesteak? Ughhh it was so good! My daughter’s a very picky eater, and she even loved it. It is a must have if you are in or around Sarasota!

10/10 so good! I got the chicken parm special and the cheese steak - both were to die for!! They also have eggplant parm special which I will be trying next time! I will definitely be coming back!

We are so happy that we found this restaurant, by far the best cheesesteak that we have had in the whole state of Florida! Everything from the food, freshness and attentiveness in this place is top tier! I recommend everyone go and try Johnny longhots if you are looking for an amazing authentic Philly cheesesteak!!!

The best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The quality is amazing, the flavor was incredible, and every bite was packed with so much flavor & freshness. They care about the food they serve!! & the service was outstanding! They were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Highly recommend!
