Georgies UTC Restaurant & Bar

Georgie’s is one of my favorite spots in town. The food is always great, the cocktails are top-notch, and the atmosphere hits the perfect mix of relaxed and fun. On weekend nights, it turns into an awesome place to get out, unwind, and let loose.

On a personal note, I was lucky enough to meet my girlfriend here — so I can confidently say Georgie’s brings good vibes and even better memories. Highly recommend this place for a great meal, great drinks, and a great time.

Used to be my favorite. Not sure if they changed management but we notices the food was not as good anymore. Went in and ordered an omelette, plain and simple with bacon, onions, tomato and cheese. Waiter told us the only cheese they had was feta. Told him is fine. 45 minutes later.. yes! 45 min for an omelette. He brings me the order with no cheese and instead they put mushrooms. I tell the waiter the cheese is missing and I dont eat mushrooms. He gives me a slight attitude and takes the plate back. Plate comes back, no cheese and mushrooms. Told him it was the same plate! Now his attitude is obvious and im getting annoyed. He takes it back and the third time he brings back the plate, NO MUSHROOMS AND NO CHEESE!
Waste of my day

We’ve been coming to Georgie’s for some time now and have never been disappointed. The food is great, and the service is exceptional. Brandon specifically is always on top of it and makes sure we have what we need. If you’re looking for somewhere to go for lunch or dinner, you won’t be disappointed here.

i wasn't really happy with the thanksgiving The food was inconsistent and fruit flys flying around and soda was flat and food was ok warm it was ok experience

i was excited to try this place we called when they opened went inside no one was there we saw someone and said hello and they totally ignored us we stood in the cold for 15 minutes waiting i’m very upset

was really excited to try this place out, but unfortunately I waited at the front door for 10 minutes and even walked inside and said hello hello does anybody work here and no one answered me there was no one inside. Couldn’t even sit down.

I have been to Georgie’s a couple other times and had a fabulous experience. I took my mom for lunch today and they had one server. We were told to sit any where but half of the tables and chairs were dirty. We sat for 20 minutes before we were even asked if we wanted a drink. At that time we asked for menus. It took another 30 minutes before we were served our food. Unacceptable.

I’ve been to Georgies for both brunch and dinner, and I’m overly impressed every time. The food is great, the atmosphere is vibrant, and we’ve always been seated quickly. They also have an amazing happy hour. Overall, this is one of my favorite spots in Sarasota for a bite to eat or even a night out. Highly recommend!

The food and customer service was great. They have an area outside that you are able to eat at. Would have taken advantage of it. However, we had a child with us.

Brandon was our waiter, and he was fantastic. The restaurant is lovely, such a nice place to sit outside. The food was great, Brandon gave us good suggestions and kept it fun! We will definitely come back!

Georgies is the best brunch/dinner experience you could ask for! The food is delicious, the drinks are incredible (we love the ducks), and the service is amazing! Brandon is the best server you could ask for! He always remembers us and knows our orders even before we ask. Highly recommend Georgies, it’s the best UTC restaurant by far

Grilled chicken panini is banging, gotta have a mimosa to pair with it. P.s they have rubber duckies in every drink. A must try if you have never been. Love this place!
