Traditional Mexican Dishes
Sope
It is a traditional Mexican dish, a thick medium size tortilla shape, 1 made with fresh dough, then fried and topped with refried beans, adding your choice of beef, chicken, pork, marinated pork or Mexican sausage. All of them come topped with sour cream, crumbled Mexican cheese, onions, lettuce, cilantro, and tomato.
Huarache 12"
This is a variation of the sope, which is prepared almost the same manner but it is twice as big, and has an oblong shape, filled with refried beans, green sauce, and mozzarella cheese with your choice of beef, chicken, pork, marinated pork, and Mexican sausage, comes with sour cream, crumbled cheese, onions, lettuce, and cilantro.
Quesadilla de Masa
Filled chicharron, rajas, mushrooms, any meat of your choice.
Pambazo
Mexican white bread dipped in a red homemade guajillo pepper sauce and cooked in a skillet in oil, filled with papas con chorizo, the equivalent to Mexican sausage and potatoes with sausage, then garnished with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and fresh crumbled Mexican cheese.
Chilaquiles
It is a dish prepared with corn tortillas cut in quarters, then lightly fried, green or red salsa is poured over the crisp tortilla triangles, called totopos, the mixture is simmered until the tortilla starts softening. The dish is topped with cheese, sour cream, and onions.

Absolutely delicious home-made food and salsas. This ain't out of the can. I'm from Colorado and know what Mexican food is all about and this is it. Wonderful atmosphere. Abundnt and savory food. I had the Alambre and it was awzum. Home made tamales were tasted like delicious cornbread and cake. Shrimp was fresh. Everything there is good. Service was very good. Beef ribs were in a beautiful and complex ancho chili sauce. Wine could be better but I'm not really complaining!...

If I could give it more stars, I would have. From how we were greeted, to the service and wrapping it up with who I assumed was the manager on duty. We were taken care of wonderfully by Carolina. Perfect amount of attention! The food was very good. I had the Chimichanga and my husband had a combination platter. Both meals were awesome. Drinks were very reasonable as well. We will definitely be back.

Laura was a great server! The food was fast and fresh. Laura was attentive and came as soon as we were sat. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The chips and salsa are delicious and fresh.
