Tee has waited on us multiple times. We travel between here and Nashville. She is always attentive and on top of taking care of us. We always look forward to seeing her when we come in. Go Titans!

I let Kelly know someone was waiting and Kelly said thank you in the rudies way and the customer heard her and walked away. They need to remove QR codes from bar if they don't want us to use them. I don't need the dirty look when they find out we use them.

Very disappointed in this place, I ordered a Prosecco which for the bottle was $18.50 which turned out to be one glass of Prosecco. See photos. Really not happy about being deceived!

Never again! A glass of white wine-$24.75! I expect to overpay for everything at an airport, but this is ridiculous. (I checked online, could’ve bought a bottle for 16 bucks). When I asked if that was the correct pricing, the manager said, “Yes, that’s what you get for getting wine at this airport.” I’m in and out of @SRQ a few times a year and will remember to skip this place every time.

Horrible servers and location. Servers kick out anyone who does not order even when there are dozens of tables open. Disgusting behavior from this company.

We wanted to sit and eat dinner here while we waited on a flight but there were no seats available. We then ordered food to go, as there was no other option. We waited so long for the take out, that a table opened up. When we tried to sit, a waitress chased us out saying we had to order $10 of drinks. We agreed that we would be happy to order drinks and sit and eat. Then she said you have to order $15. Upon pointing out the change, she replied that our family of 4 could not sit in the restaurant unless we spend at least $10 per person in addition to the $60 that we just spent on the dinner. So we left. Worst attitude I have ever encountered.

Randy the Manager is the slowest moving part. Held up us getting our bill so putting us in danger of missing a flight. We are talking 20 mins & us calling for bartender to pay & leave.
She became confrontational telling us she didn’t know she was affecting our travels & blaming bartender!!!

She obviously has some sort of no fear of losing her job!
Told us the customer is not right!

Atrocious service. We were a table of three with full meals in front of us and a bottle of wine. One of the elderly waitresses came to the table and said that she had to take one of our chairs to bring to a table that needed an extra chair in the back. When we arrived it was a table with three chairs so that is where we decided to sit. When we asked why that would be necessary the woman proceeded to insist. We were forced to surrender one of our chairs and had to sit two people per chair. Very unprofessional. Will not be giving any more money to this establishment in the future. Thanks to Biden’s America, this is the reality.

My son got a partially burnt pepperoni pizza (flatbread) and I got the CBLT. The flavor of my sandwich is good, which is the only reason I gave the food a 2. Extremely small portions for the price. And they waited until they were handing us the boxes to say they had no chips. I paid $19 for a very small sandwich only. Nothing else was offered in exchange nor any offerings of money back or credits for future visits. Which, I suppose is good, because I won’t be back.

Terrible customer service, flatbread is over priced for a 5 inch naan bread. When I was getting handed my “flatbread” the “server” said “here you go girl” in a very creepy manner. Go anywhere else.

Sitting here eating a so-so sausage panini and listening to the staff discussing how bad the ownership is and that they are not paying the bills. They all seem to think the “end is near”…even the beer vendor filling an order. With that said, the guy at the bar (Jacob) has been attentive and nice. Made a fresh pot of coffee for me because the current pot was “stale”.Way overpriced; even for an airport cafe. $25 for a coffee and panini.

I travel enough to know how lucky you are to have Jaycob on staff. Personable, friendly and someone travellers are lucky to come across. If he is the last person you meet as you depart Sarasota, it’s guaranteed you will leave with a smile on your face.

I ordered a vodka tonic. A very rude server told me they don’t have tonic. Instead, he gave me a tasteless vodka with water, price $18. I asked for nachos but he told me it’s not on the menu. You have to scan a bar code to get the menu. Service here is rude and limited food choices.
