They used DoorDash for delivery, and my order was incorrectly delivered to a neighbor I do not get along with. Instead of helping resolve the situation, the store manager, Robert, insisted their dasher “doesn’t get the wrong address” and accused me of being in an argument with the neighbor while placing my order—something that never happened. When I explained that the neighbor refused to give me my food, Robert told me I needed to go figure out how to get it back. He even suggested that I was “running some kind of game” with the neighbor, which was insulting and completely uncalled for. I ended up having to call the police to report that my food was stolen. The officers retrieved my order and even called the store to explain the situation, confirming the delivery was made to the wrong address. They also suggested the manager offer at least a simple apology. Robert refused. This entire situation was embarrassing and stressful, especially since my sister ordered this food as a treat to celebrate my 105% in school this week. The order was over $42, and after everything that happened, I didn’t even want to eat anymore. Between the delivery mistake, the manager’s attitude, the refusal to take accountability, and how dismissive and accusatory the store was, I will never order from this location again. Save your money and your time—there are plenty of other pizza places that actually value their customers. Do better, Robert. Seriously

Robert and Bob are considerate and quick on their feet. The food is EXCELLENT! When I consider what other restaurants charge for a salad like their hardy antipasto, at $10, I dare anyone to find a better deal. The veggies and meats and cheeses are the freshest you can imagine. I’ve been back 3 times in the past three weeks and look forward to going back again. I’m not a big pizza fan unless it’s Jersey-NY style so I can’t attest to that of which is their staple. But, if you want a salad that is large enough to sever two (maybe even three), this is a great place to visit! ABBONDANZA

My staff and I order here often. The last several times we have picked up our orders, the manager, Robert, asks for tips. Today, I went to pick up the order because the others were uncomfortable going due to this guy's obnoxiousness. Once he put the pizzas and receipts on the counter, he pointed out I could leave a tip. I signed the receipts, picked up the boxes from the counter, he said "Awe, no tip". I was ignoring him on purpose, not to be rude but because I was focused on the grease running down the front of my shirt. As I was walking out the door, he yelled "Come on, no tip!". While I understand money is tight for everyone and tips are appreciated, I felt it was incredibly rude of this man to ask for a tip and then to announce to anyone within earshot that I had not left one. Mind you, this was not during peak hours, and they were not busy. This was not a delivery, and I did not get waited on. When I returned it was discovered the sodas where not present and the pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni on it. Here's a tip Robert, DO BETTER! Remember kids, stay in school and don't do drugs.

If I could give them a 0 I would first off they have my Uber eats driver the wrong order. So when I tried to call them to find out if there’s a way I can get the correct food they put me on hold for over an hour and still can resolve it. All I needed to know if my food was still there and no one could tell me. One lady said they are clonever going back ever againsed ( this was at 7:30 pm) they are clearly not. Still can't get a clear awnser Never going back ever again

We never order pizza to be delivered but, I had surgery today and did not feel like going out. The experience was delightful. The staff was friendly, helpful and the Pizza was AMAZING. The pizza arrived sooner than expected, it was very hot, the crust was soft and had a wonderful flavor. I usually feed the crust to the birds, not tonight. I ate every crumb and so did my husband, which is rare for him also. We ordered the Howie Maui and are very pleased with it! I will definitely order from here again and can not wait to try some of the other items on their menu. Thank you to everyone at Hungry Howie's on 17th street that made our experience a wonderful one!
