The food was perfect, it came super fast, customer service was excellent, (shout out to Susie) I’ve been coming here for 10 years. My son also learned how to use chopsticks!!!!!

Ahhh this restaurant is really really awesome! It isn’t an enormous place but is comfortabl! I suggest for alone people who wanna eat a delicious food, because you can seat on the “bar” and be served. If you like boba teas or special juices they also have a unit at the same building.

Got takeout, the rolls were a bit small and just OK. It was fresh, just not as pretty as pictured. Also, my spicy tuna roll was not typical style where the fish is all chopped up. It was decent, again just not what I expected.

The sushi was pretty sloppy and inconsistent. That is expected to some degree with an all you can eat but this was a little worse. Also, they ran out of salmon and didn’t let us know until right after we ordered. That was a big part of our order. Server was nice.
Sushi is great, So was the soup. Salad was alright. Service was awesome!

Once again this place has never disappointed me. Ever! And I have been coming here for about 17 years now and is my favorite restaurant in the world. I used to live in Sarasota but now I live in Daytona (3 hours away) and come down here at least every 2-3 months just for the food. Sushi is my favorite food and out of all the sushi I gave had in my life Ichiban Sarasota has the most fresh fish and ingredients. Also their rolls are unique and have a TON of flavor. My favorite roll is the Nathan roll. Very basic but has the most interesting flavor

Came from wyoming excited for great sushi in Florida. I was completely disappointed after choosing to eat here. I wish I had taken pictures but unfortunately didn't. The rolls were falling apart and had paper thin fish slices. There was barely any fish on the nagri and they didn't separate the white from the yolk with the quail egg so it was a slimy mess with half a dozen roe eggs sprinkled under it. And over $100 bill completed the bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this place for food. Although the staff was awesome so there's that.
