I take someone saying New Haven Style Pizza very cautiously. I decided to bring the family and try Dan Apizz’ Man New Haven Style Food Truck. I can tell you from a long time New Haven pizza eater that I have finally found a great pizza. If you like thin crust, cooked well and with no cheap ingredients, you must try Dan Apizz’ Man Food Truck at Sun King Brewery W-R-F.

Absolutely amazing real deal New Haven Apizz. Perfectly cooked crust with the taste of fresh tomatoes and cheese. It was worth the hour drive to get here. Only place in Sarasota country with real New Haven style.

If you are looking for a food truck for an event or just good pizza this is it!! Dan and his team catered an event for us and did an amazing job! Super friendly, yummy pizza, and just great overall!! Even the vegan pizza was delicious!

Location: Sun king brewery Sarasota - nothing better than a great pie, and some awesome suds on a picturesque fall Florida evening.
Solid 10 on the pies margarita, and a sausage…. Honestly wasn’t expecting such a solid product,
This definitely will become one of my staples.

Dan is a very nice man and he makes the best pizza in Sarasota. Unique in being New Haven style charred crust. Normally “pizza is pizza, it’s all good” not the case here. Dan’s New Haven style is truly great and in a class of its own here in Sarasota. Thank you Dan for bringing it down here!

After years of searching for the right pizza in SW FL, I finally found it! This is the best pizza I have had. Now I feel like I can take New Haven off my bucket list (yes I was actually planning an entire vacation around pizza). The tomato pie is superb, can’t wait to try more.
