The ice cream was truly splendid. They have amazing flavors and their staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would give 6 stars if I could. Me and my girl had an amazing experience!

I eat non-dairy ice cream and live so close to UTC Mall that I can’t believe I waited this long to try Jeni’s! They have some truly delicious non-dairy options — rich, flavorful, and satisfying. Be sure to check out their pints-to-go section, too — there are even more flavors available there than in the display case!

Beyond the amazing ice cream, the staff at Jeni’s are top-notch. I have to give a special shoutout to Jenna, who greeted me so warmly and was genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect non-dairy flavor. Her energy and passion for what she does made the experience even better.

Solid ice cream spot

This is our go to for date nights! It smells like freshly baked waffles when you come in and the flavors of the ice cream are delicious! Definitely I go to if you’re in the UTC area and would like a dessert!

Brunson took care our night cap, and suggested I try their special, which was three flavors, I couldn't tell you which. Thanks for a great experience!

The worker was very nice and allowed us many samples. Unfortunately we didn’t find many flavors we liked here. My kids eventually settled on a couple of flavors but they just did it because they didn’t want to pass up on a chance to eat ice cream. I thought this place was underwhelming and am quite surprised they became so successful selling pints across the US

They have amazing and delicious ice creams. Unfortunately this location give a really small scoops compared to other locations

Visited Jeni’s on vacation. Top tier quality ice cream. Every bite I was more impressed. Scoops were on the smaller side, which worried me, but after tasting what I would honestly call the best ice cream I have ever tasted, it made every bite worth it. Will 100% visit again if I’m ever in the area.

I’d been waiting to try their seasonal spring flavor, Tropical Bloom, and let me tell you—kiwi, mandarin orange, and passion fruit? It’s sunshine in a scoop. Tart, juicy, bright, and bursting with fruit-forward flavor. Honestly, I wish Jeni’s offered more fruity options like this—it’s always fun to see what they’re serving up each season.

The shop has a cozy, cool vibe with lots of photo-worthy moments, and the team behind the counter is super friendly—warm energy that makes the experience feel personal. It’s the kind of place where a quick ice cream stop turns into a sweet little moment in your day.

Some of the best ice cream I’ve had, and the staff know what they’re talking about. Dakota explained a lot of different flavors in depth and really hooked my interest on a few different ones. Her good mood was contagious! Pricing is very affordable and the ice cream well worth every cent. Will happily return!
