The guy who works here is super awkward and kind of rude. Wouldn't look at me or speak to me and ended up not serving me even though I was in line.

I come here just for the smell!! The smell of waffle cones in the air is the best part. Everyone is super friendly. There is a chalkboard for you to entertain yourself, and the ice cream is so delish and creamy. Love coming here for a pick me up. Highly recommend.

I didn't want to rate the food lower than 5, but I had to. The icecreams are phenomenal ! I didn't care for all of the flavors that I tried, but the ones that I picked (a bay leaf cheesecake and something with lavender) - were really outstanding. Creamy, decadent, so rich - I really felt like it was a rare treat and I didn't mind the price. But what got me was the salty cone - that was not a surprise I enjoyed, because it smelled soooo good in the store. I guess I understand the whole salt brings out the flavors, but I felt it was distracting and at the end I didn't even want to eat the cone at all. Great store, staff, place - awesome vibe and really delicious ice cream. Really weird salty waffle cones.

Amazing ice cream shop with delicious flavors including some out of the ordinary ones... This location is twice as big as the one near my house I can't wait to try more flavors

All I can say is Wow! When I think Ice Cream they all pretty much typically taste the same. This place is a whole new ball game in flavor! The Peach Ice cream tastes like real peach and Coffee tastes like a rich French Espresso and that’s just 2 of their tons of flavors.

I happened to be across the street waiting on a GF vegan pizza I had ordered online from Blaze Pizza, and spotted the Jeni's store from my car. I looked online to see if there was a Happy Cow listing and was happy to see there was. So I walked across the street to inquire as to what GF, dairy-free ice cream options they had that day. In this day and age, I thought SURELY they would have at least one w/o gluten/wheat, but nope! I was told they only had one flavor of sorbet that was both GF and vegan; no ice cream. So I walked out of the store empty-handed and disappointed. Updated from previous review on 2024-06-21

This ice cream shop is a nice little hidden gem. Perfect for a nice refreshing treat. The flavor options were great! Would highly recommend and suggest, also their service was phenomenal!

The atmosphere is nice and there are “exotic” ice cream flavors here, but in all honesty, I strongly disliked most of the flavors. The atmosphere and store layout is very pretty though!

Parking: UTC (Mall) doesn’t have a lot of parking, however outside of this particular ice cream store there are usually open spaces!

Fantastic ice cream flavors!!! I had the lemon blueberry parfait and a scoop of Frose sorbet combined….excellent combination!! They have many great flavors to pick from!

The ice cream was excellent, but the waffle cones are salty. I read about another store of this franchise switching to a salty waffle cone recipe recently. Honestly it ruined the experience for me, because I ended up getting a spoon and eating the ice cream, then throwing the rest of the waffle cone away. What’s with the salty waffle cone recipe though? I don’t understand. The service was excellent though.

Tonight there was a larger line inside the store. Everyone was moving along politely when an employee insisted we all move outside due to “the door being blocked”. The door was not blocked everyone was leaving space for walking thru. This was a very warm evening. Multiple families just walked straight out into their cars and left, including us! There are 2 doors in this store and it was rude what that employee was doing just because it was slightly busy. It’s already over priced ice cream and now we have to stand in the heat for it. No thank you!
