I really like this ice cream shop. The ice cream is creamy and the flavors are really good. The staff is extremely friendly and they even have a place to get a small water cup. The bathrooms are clean and for the women, they even have feminine products if you need them for free.

Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream is located by the Mall at university Town Center. This is one of the best unique flavors ice cream around. The Mango Cheyanne Pepper is very interesting, The Lavender is good too. There are so many other flavors...The store is very clean and service is top notch. I would certainly recommend. Parking is ample in the center.

Excellent. Flavorful. What a treat. I highly recommend. I sampled some flavs and they were all so distinctive and unusual. High quality. Well worth the expense. Portions aren't huge ao go with the 3 flavs for the extra .75 They have dairy free.

Very cute ice cream shop with a variety of delicious flavors but what really makes it stand out to me is that they have reusable sample spoons so you can sample away without the usual disposable spoon waste. Sad to say, I've never been to another ice cream shop that does this, go Jeni's!!! Service was quick, employees were friendly, store is clean and bright.

First time ever at Jeni's! My friend loves this ice cream and always said that the Brambleberry Crisp is her favorite. We were hanging out for her birthday at the UTC mall and happened to see Jeni's across the street so obviously we had to go. It was purely a sign that we needed ice cream. I typically don't prefer ice cream as my go to for dessert and if I do, it's only at an ice cream shop. The parking is crowded since it shares with other businesses. If you can't find parking my recommendation would be to park at the mall and walk over. It's not a busy road to cross. Came in and what an adorable place! The seating is so cute, it's clean and esthetically pleasing on the eyes. But what gets you is the wonderful smell when entering the place. You can sample until you find one that calls your name. I tried a few but decided on the Brambleberry Crisp! I got it in a cake cone. Brambleberry is oven toasted oat streusel with sweet-tart Brambleberry jam of blackberry and black currants layered in vanilla ice cream. Omgosh delicious! Not overly sweet, hit the spot.

The decor of this place is so inviting and the texture of the ice cream is as creamy as it gets!I have to say, though, the highlight of my experience was an employee named Bronson, who was just amazing!!!
Very disappointed for the SECOND year in a row that Jenni’s ran out of their holiday flavors BEFORE the holiday. We’ve been loyal Jenni’s customers (just ask my thighs), it’s the 13th of December could you plan better and produce more or order more product? I don’t see what’s the point in having a holiday flavor that comes and goes long before the holiday arrives. It’s not funny. One week you get to taste an amazing holiday flavor which you savor in your mind til you get to come back and share with family and the flavor has run out!!! That is not a great holiday memory with family. Staff was great BUT no one offered to relay the message to owner. The selection of ice creams is the same old flavors and not very festive. Jenni’s has become dull and boring without new flavors. We are shopping for a new place to spend our hard earned money. ?We will miss you…

I can’t believe I been sleeping on Jenis! The first thing I want to say is Chris was an amazing employee and sealed the deal for the 5 star review. Kid needs a raise. Seriously manager.. if you’re reading this, bump the pay.Anywho. They let you sample all the samples and the icecream is fire! There are so many unique combinations that I’ve never seen at other places. And once again, Chris was the bomb. I came in 12 minutes to close and he wasn’t annoyed.. he even gave me his employee scoop because they didn’t have the pint flavor I wanted!!Make sure to stop in and try!
