The staff was friendly and my Italian sub was perfect, which is the kind of quality I expect from Jersey Mike's. But I have to ding at least one star here because I was the only one in the shop and although I only ordered one sub, the person preparing my sandwich was also preparing three other sandwiches at the same time. I understand phone in and app orders need to be filled, but I believe a customer standing there waiting for their subs should be given at least some deference. I had somewhere to be, and this almost made me late.
