The staff was friendly and my Italian sub was perfect, which is the kind of quality I expect from Jersey Mike's. But I have to ding at least one star here because I was the only one in the shop and although I only ordered one sub, the person preparing my sandwich was also preparing three other sandwiches at the same time. I understand phone in and app orders need to be filled, but I believe a customer standing there waiting for their subs should be given at least some deference. I had somewhere to be, and this almost made me late.

We are on vacation. We went to Clark street location. The southern hospitality of the staff was exceptional. They opened the door for us. They greeted us kindly. I had never been to Jersey mikes . I like toasted subs. The gentleman went out of his way to grill the meat and the bun to accommodate us. The sandwiches were all delicious. The price was very affordable. Will definitely come back and bring my friends!!!

Ordered 3 subs last night. They made 2 wrong while we were there and remade them. The 2 that got remade still wrong ?!? We asked for lettuce on both and tomatoes on the Philly with peppers and mushrooms. We took the tomatoes and moved them to the right sub. Sub 3 should have been the original Italian and we got a turkey club? My husband had to drive all the way back and I’m sure his sub was cold by the time he got to eat it. We tipped well thru the app too :(

However my one star is specifically for the women working the registrar she seemed very annoyed as my husband and I walked in to order some what rushed us as we ordered. our presence seemed like an inconvenience to her. Although the food is good I will not be returning due to the nature of her attitude and whole persona . Do better jersey mikes

NEARLY $18 for one whole sub that was rubbish nothing special. An absolute damn rip off compare this to a PUBLIX EXCELLENT SUB FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE. how the hec do you justify your rip of price. To top it of it tasted average and not even good like Publix's. Wow.
