Down in Sarasota for two months out of the year for the past several years and discovered this gem last year while trying out different Ramen places and it did not disappoint. This is the best I have found in Sarasota. Couldn't wait to come back to Sarasota and eat here again. Tried the black garlic and Shoyu so far this and they were excellent. Waitress with the colored hair (forgot her name) was very friendly and always has a smile did a great job. Can't wait to go back...read full review
