The staff was friendly and my Italian sub was perfect, which is the kind of quality I expect from Jersey Mike's. But I have to ding at least one star here because I was the only one in the shop and although I only ordered one sub, the person preparing my sandwich was also preparing three other sandwiches at the same time. I understand phone in and app orders need to be filled, but I believe a customer standing there waiting for their subs should be given at least some deference....

We are on vacation. We went to Clark street location. The southern hospitality of the staff was exceptional. They opened the door for us. They greeted us kindly. I had never been to Jersey mikes . I like toasted subs. The gentleman went out of his way to grill the meat and the bun to accommodate us. The sandwiches were all delicious. The price was very affordable. Will definitely come back and bring my friends!!!
