Very rude people there . They even say hello. And when they give you you sandwich they dont say thank you nothing. They just shove the sandwich yo you..horrible experience
This location has good Manager(s). When they saw that something went wrong, they fixed it.

I have eaten JJs ever since I was a little girl in Illinios with the original store. A few months ago, I contacted JJs on here about my sandwich being made incorrectly.The owner & GM called me the same day to make it up to me as you can see in the comments below.
Fast forward to today when my sandwich was made incorrectly again after I had given them a 2nd chance since their staff was new & in training before. I contacted them...read full review
