This Jimmy John’s is horrible. Employees are lazy and they quit serving regular menu before they close. The owner should be ashamed!!!! The manager Mr. Duquesne was very rude.

The woman at the cash register had absolutely NO INTEREST in having the sandwich made the way I ordered it (extra mustard) on the line. I asked her why they didn’t make it with extra mustard, and she pointed at the packets of mustard by the napkins and said “THE EXTRA MUSTARD IS RIGHT THERE.” The manager was was kind enough to remake it the way I ordered it.

Register staff wanted NO PART of making a plain sandwich for my two kids. Attitude followed by two Sandos that we had to use our fingers to scrape the lettuce and tomatoes off of at our gate after requesting neither be included. Based on reviews I just read, this is standard for this location. Corporate should take action rather than just respond to reviews

The lady working the counter on Feb 1 was incredibly rude to me. I had greeted her with kindness and appeared rude insensitive and mess up my simple order because she appeared too annoyed to take a simple order. Sadly I would not recommend going here

A very long line that moved very quickly. I had my turkey and tomato sandwich in 10 minutes. The sandwich was very good with quick service.

Had everything open at 8 pm and when we went to order said they were closed. Not sure who closes at 8 pm on a Saturday but will be eating at any of the other competing restaurants from now on.

This had the best options for food. I got the Beach Club which came with turkey, provolone cheese, tomato, avocado spread, cucumber. It looked like the healthiest option. I ordered it with no cheese, no tomato and added lettuce. It came out as I ordered it. The vegetables tasted fresh and crunchy.
Only one person in front of me in line at 6 pm on a Friday. I felt a little annoyed when it was my turn, the cashier walked away to do other things without saying "Be with you in a minute" but he did come back and got my order right.

Usually I don't make reviews however I am truly disappointed $10.49 for some bread. Usually i am very pleased but today is a bad day I didn't get all my ingredients asked for and only a slice of meat sandwich taste like lettuce only.

The buffalo chicken wrap had no chicken in it. If it did, I could not find it or taste it. The cost was way too much for a veggie wrap. They are fast and seem to be hard working people. Maybe they forgot to add the chicken.

the airport was empty i was the only one in line and i saw at least 3 girls working and i stood there for what seemed like eternity but was actually 7 minutes before my order was taken. i was starving so i waited but they suck!
